In New York City in 2009, 76% of Hispanic births were covered by Medicaid, 70% of births in the black community were covered, and 31% of whites.

If you ask me what’s going on, of course, I will it ties in with why only 43% pay income tax — the liberal progressive version — it’s our wildly warped out of shape labor market, big brains!
